How we handle personal information on this website.
Information we collect and how we use it
We use the name, email address, company or organisation, website and message you provide to answer your enquiry and communicate with you about it.
To prevent spam and duplicate submissions, we process IP addresses, browser details and other technical information, session information, submission times, data used to detect duplicate submissions and enquiry reference numbers. The form uses a session cookie for security.
We receive enquiries by email. Retention depends on the status of the enquiry, any contractual relationship and legal record-keeping requirements.
The form uses HTTPS, session protection and submission limits. Credentials and data used to check submissions are stored in a dedicated directory protected from public access. Please contact us below with questions about these security measures.
Your language preference is recorded in your browser’s local storage. You can remove it through your browser settings.
Service providers and external connections
We use Xserver for website hosting and email. The form uses Cloudflare, Inc.’s Turnstile to prevent spam. IP addresses, browser and device information, verification tokens and related technical data are sent to Cloudflare. Your browser connects to Cloudflare while the form loads.
Cloudflare is based in the United States, and data may be processed outside Japan. The technical information is used to detect and block bots and improve bot detection. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for details.
The production website uses Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager, provided by Google LLC, to understand visits and improve the website. It uses cookies and similar technologies to send page URLs, IP addresses, browser and device details, and records of page views and interactions to Google. Google is based in the United States, and data may be processed outside Japan.
To improve the enquiry process, we measure successful form submissions and the form language. This completion measurement does not include your name, email address, message or enquiry reference number.
