James Wright’s design leadership at anicom covered branding, products, software and PR. The head office shows one example of his spatial design work.

Context and role

Design leadership across the brand.

As Head of Design at anicom group, James Wright’s responsibilities included branding, visual direction and product design. He led the in-house design function and creative production across product, software and PR.

The anicom Holdings head office was designed around the history of communication. Its first priority was to express the company’s values, followed by making an impression on visitors and encouraging conversation among staff.

A starting point for conversation.

Topics to discuss

Developing a consistent brand across products and spaces.

Business leaders and product teams can discuss questions such as:

  • How should the thinking behind our company or product be expressed through design?
  • What direction can connect our product, communications and physical environment?
  • Who can advise on a concept and design decisions before production starts?
